We built our Radio Station APP player to run natively on iOS and Android devices, which allows our listeners to tune in easily and quickly. We decided to build the APP player with as much as possible to begin with and then maybe over time strip out some elements.

Jingle Production

So the next stage was to start creating some station identity jingles. We need to get some voice overs done in the studio and then edit them and produce some 'old style' radio idents. We use Adobe Audition to edit and produce the Jingles.

Next Station Identity

The next job in the process of setting up the new Radio Station was... the station identity. We scratched our heads and said what name ... some very silly names and ideas at first ... then we settled for Shuffle Radio Ireland. We wanted to have a strong connection to Ireland as we wanted to appeal to the Irish listener "World Wide".

So, after many weeks of research and looking into the best options to run the radio station live on the internet we settled for an internet live streaming hosting server that can host a large number simultaneously users at the same time. We went for CENTOVA software as this would allow us to broadcast 24 /7

Launched in January 2022 Shuffle Radio Ireland is an independent (not for profit) Internet Radio Station, broadcasting from Ireland.
