1. Who we are

Shuffle Radio is run by [Company legal name], [registered address], Ireland ([company number]). Contact: [[email protected]].

2. What you’re booking

• The Hour (€30): one hour on Shuffle Radio, presented by an AI version of your voice.
• The Takeover (€60): three hours in a row.
• Extras: extra dedications at [€ price] each, as shown at checkout.
• Shows start on the hour. The music is the station’s usual mix, chosen by us.
• Your show uses our pre-written script plus the dedications you send us. You don’t write or read the whole show.

3. Who can book

• You must be 18 or over.
• The voice on the show must belong to the person who records the clip. To give a show as a present, buy a gift voucher – the recipient records their own clip and gives their own consent.
• You can’t book a show in someone else’s voice, a celebrity’s voice or a voice you’ve imitated.

4. Your voice clip

• After paying, you record a clip of up to 10 seconds in your browser, or upload one. The clip is your spoken consent:

“Hello, my name is [your name], and I agree to have my voice used on Shuffle Radio. Today’s date is [date].”

• Send the clip at least 24 hours before your show.
• A person on our team listens to every clip. They check that the name spoken matches the booking, that the clip sounds like one live person speaking in their own voice, and that it says the consent sentence clearly.
• We may ask a few quick questions to confirm who you are, for example a short call-back or a reply from the booking email. We don’t ask for ID documents.
• If anything doesn’t match, we won’t make a voice and we’ll get in touch.

5. Permission you give us

By recording the clip, you give [Company] permission to:

• create an AI version of your voice, using our voice provider [Cartesia];
• use it to speak our pre-written script and your approved dedications in the show(s) you booked;
• broadcast that show live on Shuffle Radio, the app and the website.

We will not use your voice for any other show, advert or purpose, sell it, or let anyone else use it. We’ve opted out of our voice provider using it to train their systems. This permission ends when we delete your voice (see the Voice & Privacy Notice).

6. Content and our discretion

• Every script is written by a person and checked by a second person. AI doesn’t write any of the words your voice says.
• A person reads every dedication before it airs. We can edit, shorten or decline any dedication that breaks our House Rules, and we’ll tell you if we do.
• We can decline or cancel any booking at our discretion. If we do, you get a full refund.

7. If things change

• Your show takes priority. A booked guest show takes the place of our regular programme for that hour.
• Clip not ready or not approved in time: we move your show to the next free hour and let you know. We don’t refund for this, but you can pick a different time.
• We decline your clip or booking: full refund.
• We fail to air your show: we treat a show as aired when at least 80% of the hour goes out and every dedication is played. If not, we re-run it at a time that suits you, or refund you if you prefer.
• You change your mind: you can cancel for a full refund up to [48] hours before the show. After that, you can move the show once, free of charge.
• Withdrawing consent: you can withdraw permission to use your voice at any time. We’ll take it off air and delete it. If you withdraw before the show, the cancellation rule above applies.

8. Payment

Prices are in euro and include VAT [if registered]. Payment is taken at booking by [Stripe]. We never see or store your card details.

9. Your promo pack

Before your show we send you a promo pack: a poster, a story image, a ready-made caption and a link to your own show page, so friends and family know when to tune in. We retain an internal recording of guest shows for up to 90 days to investigate technical issues, complaints and booking disputes. Where a dispute remains unresolved, we may retain the relevant recording until it is resolved. Internal recordings are accessible only to authorised staff and are not published or offered for guest download. You can share the pack however you like for personal use. Please don’t use it to suggest Shuffle Radio endorses a product or cause.

10. Responsibility

• We’re responsible for running the show as described. We’re not responsible for internet or stream outages outside our control, but if your show doesn’t air we’ll re-run or refund it as above.
• You’re responsible for the dedications you send, and for having permission to name the people in them.
• Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Complaints and law

Email [[email protected]] and a person will reply within [2 working days]. These terms are governed by Irish law, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction.
